Mitch Mancione, Esq.
A lifelong Chicago area resident, Mitch has been practicing law since 2007. After focusing on probate, estate planning, litigation, and real estate transactions for 12 years, he shifted to real estate full time with Chicagoland Property Law LLC in 2020.
Mitch prides himself on his responsiveness and availability to clients, and draws upon his diverse practice background to provide practical solutions to guide them through each transaction. He lives in Chicago with his wife, two daughters, and two retired racing greyhounds.
Frank Panzica, Esq.
Frank Panzica is a real estate attorney serving the greater Chicagoland area since 2010. He has been in the real estate industry since working for a title company in 2001.
Frank is committed to making his clients feel comfortable and helping them understand every step of the transaction. He devotes special one-on-one attention to explaining closing documents, making sure his clients understand each document and feel confident in the intricate process. Nothing is more important to our team than our clients’ satisfaction and protecting their interests. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three kids enjoying the outdoors or movies.
Casey Hornsby, Esq.
Casey Hornsby is an attorney at Chicagoland Property Law. A graduate of UIC Law School, Casey served as President of UIC’s Real Estate Law Group and interned at the school’s Fair Housing Legal Clinic where she authored two articles for the Illinois State Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section Digest and aided her superiors in providing legal assistance in cases of discriminatory housing practices.
Casey is enthusiastic about supporting buyers and sellers through their homeownership journeys. Valuing clear communication and transparency with her clients, Casey places emphasis on being available to her clients 24/7 and guiding them through every step of the buying and selling processes. Understanding that there are many moving parts in any real estate transaction, Casey is focused on working as a team with her clients along with their agent and any other party involved in each purchase and sale.
In her free time, Casey enjoys spending lots of time in the kitchen cooking and baking. She is a dog mom to two adorable pups, Lou and Vail, who also enjoy spending time in the kitchen with her waiting to sample her cooking!
Kayli Arellano, Esq.
Kayli Arellano is a Real Estate Attorney for Chicagoland Property Law. She graduated from Northern Illinois University where she was highly involved in campus organizations.
Kayli is passionate about helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process and loves getting to know her clients and learning about their unique real estate goals and challenges. She is a skilled negotiator and client advocate and is always looking for creative solutions to help her clients achieve their objectives.
Outside of the office, Kayli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to concerts, and exploring new neighborhoods.
